Second base as in the second story, book, novel, brainchild, literary work. After slugging it out with a bout of PMDD (see this lively topic get dealt with in a previous post) I think I finally have a skeleton that might dance on its own. I realized I lacked conflict and decided to rain a shit-storm on my characters. But it's too early to tell yet if this will help at all.

My hero and heroine will have roughly the same amount of enemies, nemeses, and baddies after them. I just hope there's time enough for what really counts--SEX.
